SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Semi-private training gives you all the benefits of Jen’s expertise while also enabling camaraderie and cost-sharing with a friend. If you enjoy the energy of working out alongside others and want a more affordable option, this format still delivers strong accountability and expert coaching in a shared setting.
CUSTOM WORKOUT PROGRAM
Perfect for training outside the studio, Jen personally designs your program within an easy-to-use app, tailored to your goals, fitness level, and schedule. Whether used on its own or alongside in-person sessions, it offers expert coaching, built-in accountability, and the flexibility to train anytime, anywhere.

50-minute 1:1 and semi-private training sessions available
1:1 Training Sessions:
$115 single sessions – valid for 1 month
$525 package of 5 sessions – $105 each – valid for 3 months
$950 package of 10 sessions – $95 each – valid for 6 months
Semi Private Training Sessions:
$60 single sessions – valid for 1 month
$275 package of 5 – $55 each – valid for 3 months
$500 package of 10 – $50 each – valid for 6 months
