PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

50 minute one-on-one training and semi-private sessions:

Private Sessions:
$95 single sessions – valid for 1 month
$510 package of 6 sessions – $85 each – valid for 3 months
$900 package of 12 sessions – $75 each – valid for 6 months

Semi-Private Sessions:
$110 single sessions – valid for 1 month
$300 package of 6 – $50 each – valid for 3 months
$540 package of 12 – $45 each – valid for 6 months

COMPREHENSIVE WORKOUT PROGRAM

Designed for those seeking a tailored workout outside the studio, Jen creates your program within an easy to use app, perfectly aligned with your goals, body, and fitness level. Whether at home, in the gym, or on the go, the app keeps you on track and empowered to reach your fitness goals with ease. Use it alongside one-on-one training for optimal results, or as a standalone program—its seamless, intuitive design adapts to your lifestyle, offering maximum flexibility and convenience.

+ DAILY WORKOUTS featuring warm-ups, main exercises, and cool-downs
+ BALANCED FOCUS to cardio, strength training, and flexibility
+ DETAILED EXERCISE GUIDANCE with videos, sets, reps, tempo, and rest periods
+ PROGRESS TRACKING to monitor your strength improvements alongside Jen
+ FEEDBACK on your technique and form through uploaded exercise videos

+ IN-APP MESSAGING for questions and comments, checked daily (Monday – Friday)
+ COMPLIANCE TRACKING to help you stay accountable over time
